Can anyone explain this. I am on AOL and for the last few days whenever I send Email to a particular address it comes back with a "can not deliver over quota. All other E mail goes through without a hitch.

The recipient has exceeded his/her quota as provided by his/her email provider.

Basically their inbox is full and they need to check their mail and free up some space.
