@Cregt,
Bingo! OK, we've got an inference of a hidden agenda in this question. Obviously, you feel these clowns are using this against either you or their daughter, or perhaps both.

The quickest, most effective way to deal with this is just to ask them what the scriptural basis for their claim is. SHOW ME THE MONEY! Ask them for chapter and verse, and have your bobble there ready to hand to look it up, and then dispute the matter with them. They're peddling bullshit--so call 'em on it.

Are you referring to his crucifixion? If so I believe he was 32.

@laughoutlood,
OK so at the age of 12 he wanders off from his parents! But it goes on to say: When his frantic parents finally track him down! Jesus asks, "Didn't you know I would be in my Father's house?" OK so the point being is his Parents were still with him at the age of 12years old! So Mary NEVER really let Jesus go. She NEVER sacrificed letting him go (to leave or be taken away) So Jesus could have still been with his Parents until he was 29 or 30 or even until the day of he's death! So again no one really knows how old he was when Mary let Jesus leave or move on with his life so he could do everything that the bible says he did! I'm NOT here to make people question their on beliefs I'm just trying to find out some truth in the words
