I dropped thirty five pounds eating a lot of salads without dressing, cooked cereal, yogurt, fruit; and running, boxing, weight training, and aerobics of various sorts, and yes, a lot of sit ups on the inclined bench and different other sorts of stomach exercises... I still don't have a lot of definition... I am 56, and the extra skin I made for myself still hangs on me; but I feel gnarley under that skin...It feels good to be light and strong and healthy...
