Hey, I'm trying to help a friend do some research for a strategic alliance between 2 firms. (such as Ford and GM working together on a motor or something along those lines).
Just looking for an article that's maybe a couple of pages long, with good information as to how it happened, and how well it will (or is) working (or worked)

i didnt get this out of any article... but... i dont think they would be alliances... i mean... why the _ would someone want to help another company, most likely reap the other business of its profits
