Spin and spin, all around
Turn your tides, up and down.
Not the tide of the sea,
But the tide of the me.
The tide which loves and hates,
And breaks all your flood gates.
But why try holding back that which makes you human?
And why shield yourself from yourself?
Remember, the tide rises and falls
Low and high, high and low, down and up, up and down.

The tide won't stop you know, you know,
So spin spin spin, baby, go go go!
Sway over this way, yes you're not alone
As long as you spin with yourself your spin won't be gone
A prerequisite for spinning, this I do not lie.
Spin with yourself first, come on give it a try!
In fact, I won't, can't spin with you until you're spinning on your own
You can't purchase self-respect or self-pride, only self-spinning will make these self-evident.
Spin in a giant circle, that is how life goes
No beginning, no end; everything flows, everything flows.

In conclusion, spin like the moon and
Don't stop the tide, go with it my friend.

If you aren't throwing up, you're not doing it enough!
Keep spinning
