ok ok, I'm working on it; cool down, people
Here's another story about Singapore. When I went on tour in Scandinavia, I met a couple from Singapore. They told me that if I ever made it to Singapore to let them know. When I did my independent SE Asia trip many years ago, I told them my date of arrival and which hotel I had my reservation. The gentleman had a message waiting for me, telling me that he would pick me up the following morning. He took me on a personal tour of Singapore for the whole day, showing me Malaytown, Chinatown, and all over the city-state. He told me that his wife wanted to take me out to dinner, so we went to a seafood restaurant where they ordered seafood right out of the tanks, and my host kept filling my plate with great seafood. I remember one dish was called "drunken shrimp," because they put live shrimp in wine before they cook it. After the meal, we went for a walk in the park, then they took me to Raffles Hotel, where we went to the Long Bar where they treated me to some drinks, including the Singapore Sling (I have the souvenir glass in the China). They then drove me back to the hotel where he gave me one of his business cards. He owns four businesses in Singapore. We exchanged christmas cards for a few years, but I haven't heard from them for the past two years.

Hope this will work - do you know this building? And if not, do you know the tall building with the sharp edges and/or its architect?
All I see is an ad - it sez - AsiaTravelTip.com.....
Can't see it but, It's in Asia!!
Is it on the west coast? I would guess San Francisco - without even seeing the picture.
LOL - the preview was fine! But I've now had 6 of my choices come out with red crosses or travel ads. Must try again!
SW England
Just get the town, or even the general location.
Clary, Is that building on the right side a tea shop?
No it isn't a teashop, or even Salisbury, c i. Actually that building belonged in the 16th century to Ann Bodley whose money enabled Thomas Bodley to build the Bodleian Library in Oxford. Not many people know that.
NO. It's SW England. Oxford is in the south middle.
It's not Bath by any chance?
No. Perhaps you could get the county?
Nearer! About 20 miles sw of Exeter...
