I haven't found a picture to match yours, but it looks like somewhere between Docklands & Greenwich.

Liverpool??!!??? That's not very close to London. <Should've asked about whether it was the Thames.> Rolling Eyes

Well... here you go... same dock bollards & guard rail, too. Whew.

Exactly it is Liverpool.
No, not close to London, but I didn't want to steer you
in another direction either, after you mentioned London. Wink

Domes look so alike to me. Did you notice how cool that photograph was... it is called Liverpool in Blue.

Yes, it does look stunning Piffka. I actually thought to myself,
the reputation of Liverpool being a poor, dirty blue collar town,
doesn't apply here.

Those pictures taken with infrared have something, don't they?
Here is a tree that looks so dramatic with an infrared lens

Some of the buildings looked a little grimy, but not so bad. I read that there was supposed to be a similar domed building on the other side of the Mersey for symmetry, but they never ended up building it.

Very cool photograph. Does your digital camera take infrared?

Btw -- was the photo I posted just before yours something that you know? Do you want me to repost it?

No, I just have a little Canon Powershot, but with iPhoto
or Photoshop I can change my color photos into BW pictures,
which sometimes gives me nice results too.

Hm, which picture are you referring to now? We've posted
so many now http://www.mainzelahr.de/smile/schuechtern/icon_blue.gif

It's way north of Bristol, too.

<Hi Satt... I thought you were going to be away... Glad to "see" you.>

If I drop the name "Sean Connery," then you should not have any more problems.
