nope Wink I don't know what is opinion about Balkans in USA, but in Europe this country is considered completely Balkan country, but this area is specific sorta.

no, nope Kosovo (and map is incorrect, because despite fact that Balkans is mostly used as term for EX YU territory because of recent wars, Balkans in geographical terms is much wider area - Bulgaria and Greece, for example, are Balkan countries, and consider themselves such).
