But New Orleans is on a "coast" - the Gult coast. He said it was "not really on the coast," so it must be inland a bit, right?

i guess so. but they do have a bridge like that in new orleans, the statue looks familiar too. could be anywhere tho.

that's a picture i saw, when i googled images of illinois river. but i don't see any city nearby that would have the pier or whatnot in francis' picture. we'll just have to wait.
