I should clarify something. I didn't find many good images of this location. One colour one was okay, but contained a huge clue to what the building is. (I'll tell you what that is when this particular guess is done. Smile)

Here is the other pic. It actually doesn't look as bad as I thought it did.

Well....there are pockets of French speaking Canadians throughout Canada! Are you referring to Québec? If so, the answer is no! Smile

Walter, I also thought of Quebec, but I've been there, and don't remember any building looking like the picture. Besides, caprice already said it's not on the east coast. Wink

If there are pockets of French-speaking Canadians all over Canada, where do they carry their wallets and car keys? And why do their pockets keep falling off for no good reason? Somethng wrong with the tailors? Why doesn't this pocket problem happen to English-speaking Canadians?
