Outlook Express V-Cards

I have a pretty extensive e-maill address book and I want to export all my contacts out in the v-card format so I can load them onto my iPod.
The problem is that the damn program will only allow me to export them one at a time and I really can't be bothered sitting here for about 2 weeks doing them all.
I'm sure I've managed to do the all in one go before but I can't remember how I managed it. Duh !

Can anyone enlighten my dissolving memory ?

I don't use it, but found this site that might give you some answers if no one comes up with an idea for you.

Unfortunately there's nothing on there about exporting them all at once.
Thanks anyway though.

I still haven't managed to get it done and it's starting to wind me up a bit now.
Mind you though, if I'd started doing them one by one I'd have them all done by now.
Ohhh well.

There is a way to export all contacts in Entourage, which is the OSX version. . . I'm not sure if you can do the same in Express, but when I need to sync with my pda, I simply highlight all the contacts and hit export. . .

Of course, if it were THAT easy, you'd probably have done it. . . are you using a Mac or PC? What version of Express?
