Spartacus ?
I loved that movie, too. I just read that Spartacus was cut for a 1967 reissue and then restored (I don't know when) with Anthony Hopkins dubbing Olivier's voice for the bathing scene with Tony Curtis. I saw it in 1960 and thought it was superb.
It wasn't restored that long ago, I don't think. They've shown the restored version on TCM.
