Correctamondo. Come to think of it,that sounds like it could be a spell:)

Over to you

Only if you are rude enough to violate the premise laid down by the thread author in post #1, and obeyed by everyone before you for years.

Sorry, this was a response to "Delicate Sound of Thunder's" question, "Can we not take turns whenever we feel like it?"

I have no idea what "it" is, but I do know that it takes an exceptionally rude person to come to a game that's been going on for years, and simply ignore the rules.

Apparently my guess (spray painted by the taggers in the vid cap) was wrong?

It was right. I didn't notice. Your turn. My turn lasted for 6 months this time!

Other players are eager to take part in this thread. If they are to follow your example of not answering/replying for 6 months, then the thread will die.To keep it alive we must " jump in " from time to time. Cool

Since I guessed the last quote correctly, the line is:

"For the simple reason that this is so obviously a trap. My reading of the British mentality is that they always treat a trap as a challenge."

This came from .........From Russia With Love.
My favorite Bond movie......black on pink.......Rosa Kleb..... Very Happy

Please don't put other posters down due to their over-enthusiasm Cool

If there are no replys in 24hrs,I'm gonna jump in again, just to keep the thread alive

I'm not putting you down due to your enthusiasm. I'm putting you down for your bad manners. If you don't like the way the other members have been playing a well established game, start your own thread, don't take theirs over without caring if the other regulars agree or not. Six months and you'd be justified in assuming the person isn't going to answer, but it isn't a question of six months, is it? A few days delay has occurred numerous times in the history of this thread. You are correct (except that the line was not spoken by Rosa Kleb).

You don't have to give the speaker correctly. All you have to do is identify the movie.

So here they are, famous lines from great guy movies. Do you know them all without looking them up?

first

"You've got one religious maniac, one malignant dwarf, two near-idiots, and the rest I don't even wanna think about!"

next

"He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue."

and also

"I keep getting older; they stay the same age."

and finally

"Hell of a thing, killing a man. You take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have."

These should be pretty easy; they're all classics.

But having several quotations makes it hard to define what constitutes winning, since a person may be right about some and wrong about others, or, in fact, several people may guess, each of whom is right about a fraction of the quotes. Are the rules of this game really so hard to grasp?
