My computer says it has a connection speed of 46.6 kbps. Is that good bad or indifferent?

Spead 46.6
Not bad for dial-up. Dial-up services always boast about their 56 kbps, they very very rarely achieve it. Rolling Eyes

I dream of a 46.6k connection.
My average connection speed out here is 16.8k. Sometimes I'm on at 14.4k or less but occasionally I'll get a 26.6k.
