I wish to learn how to research the writing of an article. Do you know of any books, articles, and/or courses on the subject that you would recommend?

@gollum,
It isn't clear what you are asking help with.

Are you asking to learn about how to research a subject of an article you wish to write, or are you asking to learn about how to compose an article?

If you are wanting to learn about how to do research on a subject for an article, I've done transcriptions of online college class videos on that subject and can email you a copy of one of the transcripts. One of them is especially good, it is a panel of authors talking about how they went about researching materials for their books on historical moments.

@Butrflynet,
Not done. Tried sending you the transcript by copying and pasting the email address you posted and received the following notice from Gmail.

Quote:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

[email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: aol.com (state 14).

Just tried to paste the text into a PM message, but the length is too long. So, you'll have to provide me a valid email address. You can PM it to me if you're concerned about your email privacy.

@Butrflynet,
It is a valid email address. The only thing I can think of is that the C is capitalized when I sign on: [email protected]

I don't know how to use private mail.

@gollum,
Okay, resent it using the capital C. Will know in a few minutes if it gets bounced again.

@gollum,
To use the private messages on A2K, go to the profile page of the person you wish to send it to, click on Send Message and compose your message before sending it.

To access your PM inbox, click the Inbox link in the upper right corner of the A2K screen.
