Vintage art glass cruets - Please help I.D. the maker

I need some help identifying the maker of these cruets which are supposed to be from the same factory. The seller states they are from Reading Glass, circa 1890. I think he's close, but not entirely accurate...especially on the date. Thank you. (I have more photos if needed)
