Silver series keeps running water outside

I have a silver series that stopped sending water through the pipes. When I push the regen button , the gears turn the back disc but will not allow water to go to the pipes. It just sends water to the outside drain hose. Can some body help me?

The Silver series from RainSoft is possibly the worst control valve on the market.
I replace them with Fleck 2510 STX control valves.
