So, we changed our RO filters ourselves to save on the $90 service call it would have cost for the tech to come out. Since then, our Rainsoft dealer has closed down and we're stuck with having to run out every 7 days to delay the alarm. Anybody has any ideas on how we can disable the RO alarm ourselves? Help!!
Unfortunately, i don't know how to post the pictures I took on this website, but the model number is EC4 75 D. I would be able to send the photos to you if that would help. Thanks for your assistance.

@catchnoball,
I can probably help you. It's a complicated process to reset the alarm. you could call rainsoft 8008607638 and talk to a tech and explain the problem

@catchnoball,
I guess we'll have to, just hope they don't try to stick us with an exorbitant service charge.
