Me and my husband have joint custody of our children, and he is the primary. Can my husband get me for kidnapping if I pick up my daughters from school.

What do you mean "
get you for kidnapping"? Do you mean to ask whether you might get charged with the crime of "Kidnapping"? May we assume you are talking about picking up your daughters when it is not your parenting time with them? How long are you planning on keeping your daughters from their father?

The crime you could be charge with is not kidnapping but interfering with custody.
Second if you are charge with a crime or not the family courts would not look upon you with favor if you play such games.
