How do you go about getting a neglectful "parent's" rights revocked?

My sons father is not living up to his responsibility. He violates the court order, doesn't visit for months on end, he's behind on child support, nor does he show any interest in my sons life.

Get thee to a lawyer, preferably the one that handled getting you the court order in the first place.

Good luck in removing his rights on such grounds!!!!!!!!!

Hope you end up spending one hell of a lot of money on a lawyer however.
