One of the very few icks of my childhood that remains in my eldishness is that I shun quivering cooked eggwhite. I so do not want to see islands of white in my so called scrambled eggs. Gag city. I realize this is odd and that I could potentially get over it, having gotten over many other foods and textures, far more frightful.
Hand me that omelet pan....
