100% for me too. I don't know how you posted that thing that shows your score so I'm obviously not smarter than a tsar.

It turns out I am smarter than a 4th grader.

Quote:

In democracies citizens elect people to make laws for them because

([In]Correct Answer)
it is easier than having everyone vote on every decision

Their correct answer is clearly not correct (from common sense and from the writings of the founders. The real reason (as we all know) is that people aren't smart enough to govern themselves directly.

I got a 100 in the 12th grade economics. I quibble with the wording of a couple of questions but overall I am impressed with what apparently is being taught at that level.

I doubt it, they'd know when to use 'than' and when to use 'then'.

I love this one in 8th grade civics where it counted my answer as wrong.

Quote:

9. Government X is different from Government Y in that in Government X the

(Correct Answer)
executive, legislative, and judicial branches are all elected

(Your Answer)
executive, legislative, and judicial branches are all elected.

@parados,
oh oh...

9th grade civics actually requires you discern the difference between facts and opinions. I got 100% but I have to wonder how some of the people here would fare on those questions.

Perhaps this test is nothing but proof of how "liberal" our school systems are. And that's a FACT, Jack.

Right click on the picture, highlight the URL address, right click and copy, hit ok, in reply open the BBCode editor, select Img, paste.

Then open your bible and pray for logical argument vs. debate.

okay, I'm gonna try this - because I think I missed the part about hitting ok - in fact that doesn't sound familiar to me at all. Does this also apply to copying and pasting avatars? Do I right click on the person's avatar, highlight the url address, right click copy, hit ok , etc., etc?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

@fobvius,
I figured that one out but believe it or not - I still can't do the frigging frog! I took the 12th grade history test and got a 90% just so I could try to post the frog but on my computer there's no spot to click 'ok'.

sometimes I'm an idiot (but I did listen in school apparently!)

*edited to say that I didn't figure it out - Francis helped me with it.

The only time I bothered listening in school was when the Head Teacher interrupted my conversation with, "Dirtlebury, Fobvius may well be able to afford ignoring my teaching, but you most certainly can't."
