are different genres of films promoted in different ways?means is the way of promoting a comic film different from the way of promoting a horror,action or romantic film?if yes,what are the strategies to promote a comic film?

Generally a comic film is promoted as funny.... whereas a horror film is pomoted as scary. I hope that helps.
