Is anime only japanese can some be chinese made to

im a person intrested in china since i love em i need to knwo this peopel say japan makes anime they tell em that all the time but i ask them what does china make they tell me IDK i dont know and im asking thsi because does china amke anything anime realated or any anime at all i know its japanese btu they say it can be korean so cant china amke it as well ????
