Haha, naw nothing fancy like that. Just Best Buy and Books A Million. My two favorite stores. Might as work some where that will give me a discount when I shop there.

time for some tea...

turning loose some new fishes.

a new guppy strain for the big tank.

and 3 femmes for my 2 big male swordtails in one of the small ones.

they are chasing them now, but soon enough them girls will wear down, and then...

(fish sex must be fast and anticlimactic, cuz I never see it.)

bubba prolly knows, all she does is watch the fishes.

gotta fix my other large tank, there's Angels sposed to be on the way here.

gonna make an iron base this time, just to be not Noah this time...

we don't teach kids how to work any more.

when did working with your hands become second class. beneath folks.

what happens when everyone wants the easy office jobs?

and no one seems to know how to take pride in a days hard labour to an end?

and sometimes I wonder what would happen if a solar flare or non-fatal atmospheric something or tother rendered all of our communications and media devices useless, how many folks would freak out and cease to function.

A mighty morose moose lives in this cave.

I'm wearing a green shirt today in honor of the good saint. On the shirt is a
picture of a bear under the words "Don Bosco". The shirt is from the now
defunct "Don Bosco Technical High School" in Boston. In its day it was a
wonderful school. They taught printing, carpentry, graphic arts, automotive,
and a host of other stuff. The curriculum was well-rounded and many of the
students went on to college and technical institutes as well as into the trades.

It was run by a religious order, but when numbers declined, it got harder and
harder to provide good instruction at an affordable tuition. Now it's a hotel.

Good post. Still, we will have taught our kids how to communicate, socialize, and other stuff like that.

PS The next century is upon us.
