hooking my friend E up with my friend D.

D has a giant assortment of ceramics leftover from a former business venture, and E is looking for a side business to keep her busy and in pocket money.

and some of it may go toward the homeless.

E's mom is a bigtime advocate for the poor and indigent in Hutch...

there is talk of a flea market booth.

and I have a kiln.

maybe we can manage a rare win win win situation.

popsicle break is over, back to work.

wanted to let the compressor rest a little.

I went out and borrowed a center punch from grampa jack. (D's pop)

he approves of the plan as well. (the ceramics reside in a building next to his shop)

I think that part of things will be fine.

I was gonna get some more eggs, but his girls have mostly stopped laying for now...

back to minor surgery.

my fender bolt fix is going to be sweet.

I need to get some weld-through primer tomorrow so I don't have rust troubles later...

hmmmm.

came in to get the camera so I can document my process for the next guy that needs fender nuts replaced.

had 94 pix stored.

IF I stay here, I have been talking with my new boss the head rigger in charge about solar panels.

he needs some custom stuff built. I build custom stuff.

we're gonna work together on both solar and wind generators for home use.

just because we care.

and we're poor. (me moreso than him)

the big trailer is kinda like a big soda can anyway.

during the day it gets real warm in the sun.

at night, it cools off rapidly.

although my room is screened by a mini pine forest from the wind and snow...

gonna go get my A frame, and load up some mowers.

he's bringing the dog, so Ima leave the chickens in the coop...

he arrived plus a girlfriend, and 3 dogs...

to tackle one one thousand pound iron A frame.

but we made it happen anyways.

It would not break into 3 pieces due to time and rust. lots o' rust.

so I hooked a chain on it, tipped it over, and drug the sum bitch home on it's side. (the dogs wanted to ride with me.)

we only left small gouges down the highway...

and then tipped it back up when I got it drug up in front of the shop.

now I needa sammich.

and maybe some of popeye's spinach.

I still gotta lotta work to do now that I am done fooling around with equipment...

after I get done with the convertible, I need to work on a logo. and then a small sign.

the light at the end of the tunnel is growing stronger...

I think Ima go see about the kerosene heater that was sitting out.

that's just about worth the balance.

and would be a nice addition to the wood stove this winter season...

we're gonna pow wow tomorrow before they have a big sale...

and I decided I needed to finish my day job before I started my night work.

my place was looking kinda trashy. (not white trashy mind you)

so I moved some of the downed trees into one big pile instead of three little ones, and mowed where the old mower sat for last year.

then moved the A-frame on up into the doorway of the shop.

it's big enough to drive my truck through it without moving the mirrors. and 12 foot high.

got my Sanford rating down to about a 3 1/2...

now Ima have some chicken soup and go fire up the weldinator...

I may hafta quit early tonight.

I'm outta scotchies...

and they are freakin expensive.

like $100 a box.

and I need 2 boxes...

there goes my 15th money.

but the go-kart I took down the street has almost caused a coupla crashes. rubberneckers...

it should generate a benjamin by friday.

and one of the mowers I took down there runs out.

that's $150 more if I can turn it over...

gonna keep rolling like I have a plan for more money.

something usually falls in line when I do...

It's impressive it is.
