JerryR, Thanks! That is exactly what I needed. I had this vague idea for a salad, but I needed the finishing touches. The dressing sounds perfect.

OK, I found a recipe on Epicurious that is kind of a combination of all of the recipes posted. I'm still going to have to tweek it to get exactly the taste I'm after. Thanks to everybody for the suggestions.
