yeah, but really, i have no idea. im an outsider still. but the dare had some animated wallpapers, so it shouldnt be very difficult for something like the droid to do it right off the bat.

either that, or now you invented a project for someone to make an app. you should be someone that thinks of apps. like bruce willis in Armageddon. "you're NASA! i bet there are a bunch of people just sitting around, thinking $h*t up!"

I've not tried this or heard of this being possible..however, I'm sure there is a way to do it..through the settings or an App.

You could probably use an animated GIF file.
