The nurse & the doctor are oh so calm
Orders are given for resuscitation

Cleaning out the sugar & fat
A strict regime would have to be set
Dietician & fitness plan
And a firm rod of steel
Instead of soft sugar & fat
Discipline & exercise
Swimming & running
Too trim the pounds
Green salad & yogurt
No sugar & fat
Chicken & fruit
No sugar & fat
And
Pasta as well
Instead of an evening of couch potatoes
