Today there is a great increase in anti-social behavior
And lack of respect to others. What are the causes of
This? What measures can be taken to reduce this
Problem?

People have complained about this for literally thousands of years. I doubt that there is any increase as you allege. I suspect that people will continue to complain about this for thousands of years to come. My advice is not to worry about it.

You are going to have to define "anit-social" better.
That can mean anything from picking your nose in public, beating up old men, to peeing in the yard.

Legal? psychological? cultural?
