@Seed,
Perhaps there is something stuck underneath the actual key that's hindering the key connection? It happens to my keyboard once and a while. I just quickly blow onto the keyboard and dislodge a crumb. On my last laptop, a paperclip somehow slipped into my keyboard and occasionally slipped under my right control key. A minor inconvenience easily settled by a quick shake of the keyboard.

@Seed,
Eight minutes in the washing machine, on gentle cycle of course, should fix the problem.

@Seed,
Did you accidentally spill any amount of liquid on your keyboard? Maybe it's shorting out one circuit at a time?

@tsarstepan,
Nope. I haven't used my keyboard in about 2 months actually. I have my tower plugged into my my tv and I use it for watching stuff I have torrented. Nothing that involves a keyboard. Today I was going to install a computer game to play and had to enter a key code. First time time I have tried to use it in a while. Only the c doesn't work. Everything else does.
