lazing around sunday afternoon, waiting for football to start, the remote landed on history as we watched
Ms Kulick beat Chris Barnes in the final match of the Tournament of Champions to become the first woman
to win a PBA bowling tournament...

@Region Philbis,
I know, Region... My wife and I had just had a discussion about "Hey, why can't women compete with men professionally in bowling?" then we saw the story about Ms Kulick. We both just joined a bowling league earlier this year, so it was of particular interest. She spanked his butt, too - I think it was like 265-195, or something like that.

@Region Philbis,
Bowling balls make excellent cannon shells if youve run out of ammo during a siege.

I rather use ammunition fodder like rustie steak knives, nails, clumps of dirt and rocks, and other assorted scrap metals when I run out of ammo during a siege. It earns me a reputation as a bastard. Good for psychological warfare!

@snood,
Agreed -- and it seems weird that this didn't happen earlier. After all, both genders use the same alleys and the difference in bowling ball size is due to your strength, not gender, so a man who's skinnier would use a bowling ball of a similar size to what Ms. Kulick used.

Oh and here's a pic:
