how would I go about having the man who wants to donate to us relinguish his rights to the child. We have discussed this and he doesn't want anything to do with the child he just wants to help us have a baby. What do I need to do? Please help!

People have a way of changing their minds about 'relinquishing rights" to a baby they have fathered or mothered, once the baby is born.

See a local lawyer in fact the father better see two lawyers as he could/might end up with an child support order by the state if you happen to need state help of any kind for the child in the future no matter what papers was sign.
In any case this is a matter for heavy duty legal help not a matter for an internet advice forum.
