I liked what you wrote, but will add some things I've learned.
Of course religion is a lie, a creation, but children do get brainwashed and that is rather permanent until a person decides to remove this worldly knowledge from the brainwaves and body, as our thoughts are in our very tissue and, like you said, become truth for us. I have never allowed any person to tell me much of anything, that is, give me their answers. I read.

The philosopher Rene Descarte described how he, when mature, removed all thought from his mind that was placed there by his environment, parents, techers, etc., and from there forward he accepted only knowledge that proved true. Some think we hold all knowledge within us (or have access to it) which will be exposed as we remove the so-called crap, and that we are then fully capable of constantly sloughing off old stuff so there's room for new. We don't use our brains (which work like computers) very efficiently.

All the prophets are men. If they spoke for themselves nobody would listen but if they said "God has spoken through me! I speak the word of god!" That is a lie.

People listen because people are followers. It is easier to follow then to lead. Followers consume leaders. Only psychopaths make good leaders because thay are not consumed by followers instead they turn followers energy on themselves. We are evil. We can not point any finger. It is our own creation.


Apathy, Cowardice, ignorance This is our history. Check for yourself. It is a downward spiral. The heros are rare and that is why we worship them because even though we can do what they do...we will not. So we say "You tried to save us but you fail because we will not save ourselves or even help you save us. So you wasted your life being a hero and we watched. We'll give you a statue."

The Prophet beats the hero. The psychopath beats the altruist.

Because the hero and the altruist believes in the peoples strength and the psychopath and the prophet believes in the people weakness.
