I have applied for my visa in February2009 and my health requirements finalised in april 2009 but still I am waiting for my visa.When should I expect to get my visa because I am having loss of study.

Since you cannot be bothered to say for what country you have applied for a visa, and what college you are hoping to study at, and what country you live in, I expect you will make a very poor student. If you took the same care with your application, it is not hard to see why you are having to wait.
