Recieved an email I'd like to send on.Is there a way to do it to my entire list in one go,rather than individually.

you need to state what email program you use and probably the version number.

yes in most email programs there usually is a method.
in OUTLOOK go to <tools> <send and recieve> then <send and recieve all>
