@danon5,
The trick is to have your dog go over for her lawn-rolling at about 2:00 a.m.

@ehBeth,
The deer have given me an organic lawn = strawberry vines.

The boids have given me seeds from god knows where.

I have no lawn Beth! Shocked Laughing

I do however, have a stone walkway separating two portions of the non lawn.

Critters from the forest have a nice place to sit when they've done foraging for the evening. to funny

Our grand-daughter is here just prior to her wedding.......... We are totally in
our glory!!! I am in a fog ------------ she's a real lady now!!!!!!!! Not the baby I saw when I first met her................. She's Ms America!!!!!!!!!

Her only problem is --- WE (Patti and I) often fall asleep............. My God, I can only imagine what she thinks..........!

Oh, well, it's tha s't growing old.....

One of these days I won't be clicking and saying stupid things.......... Just ignore it all and continue to save a tree a day.

@Stradee,
organic lawn - I like that

I've got a section at the very front that is just a vast mass of periwinkle - nice to walk on - and it bounces back from footsteps - organic lawn

@danon5,
Honey, first they gotta understand what you're saying, then they gotta think on it, then they gotta reach deep inside their filing cabinet, then then then Very Happy

Abstract folk we are...and sometimes not easily understood cept by the wildclickers, and that's saying something. Smile

How cool is that! Granddaughter's wedding and all...just drink lots of coffee and try not to snore. Very Happy plus, she probably luvs you guys so much she'll ask the organist to keep time with y'all.

So have a wonderful day, dance like theirs no tomorrow, and have fun...!

We luv you too!

Shirl

@Stradee,
Thanks for the understanding........ I luv non lawns.......... Gotta start planning how to do that here. When we first moved back here from Seattle, I had only a Bush Hog on the back of my old Ferguson tractor. I may go back to that and let about four acres of lawn grow as it pleases........ Yeah.
Good idea.
Great clickign (I'd fix that except I already have it posted) Grin

@danon5,
Wish I had a non-lawn. Don't have 4 acres but what I have is way too much. I remember when my grandmother took out all of her lawn, laid concrete,and painted it green. This was in St. Petersburg, Fla., and we thought she was nuts. I certainly understand now.

@sumac,
Me too!

The tree prong appliance is working well though, concentrating water where it should be, and holding the moisture. Conservation Very Happy

Have we lost a few postings?

Anyhooo, have a super and safe holiday.

@Stradee,
Neat. In the Nam we had c-130's take us on trips to places like Thailand and other places. Also, at first we had gun ships which were the old old WWII airplanes that carried gatling type guns. We nicknamed them "Puff the Magic Dragon". Later, the guns were upgraded and actual cannon artillery was place on C-130's. We still called them "Puff the Magic Dragon" because whatever they fired at disappeared. Same machine is in the Middle East now.

Thanks Stradee................

And all great Wildclickers.................

@sumac,
sumac, stunning you have no rain --- you must move to Seattle or Samoa. They have rain each day. And sun also. It's great.
