Does anyone have experience with Citrix Xen Server?

I am looking into setting up a virtual server farm on an iSCSI SAN and have been looking for a management software to keep everything nice and tight.

I need high availability, auto fail over, and a way to keep track of what's running.

Looking at the price of Xen Server, it appeals to me but I am looking ofr someone with real world knowledge for advice.
