oh so very quietly, no song or dance, Happy Birthday Chai!



chai tea

the smells of cloves and cinnamon
simmering in warm
the spices linger and take ahold
reeling the senses beyond control

within ourselves all things exist
we think know and then we don’t
to feel the wonder of it all
the blessing is to amplify... the luminosity

be the change you wish to be
endeavor to embody... the quality

come into awareness, aspire for wholeness
hold the intention to be at peace

and by all means enjoy a cup of tea!

Really? (I was thinking 16th.. but I'm iffy on dates. Maybe we need an a2k birthday data thread, clean of foo foo, just data.)

I need time to work up a Chai cake.

Chai's into the reaches of body knowledge, with good results. That makes me think of sesame cakes. I'll have to explore.

Meantime, Chai, a heartfelt Happy Birthday.

I'm exploring on this but find little of interest re green tea cakes, much less sesame cakes, and other possibilities.

Though there are these sesame seed balls -
