Here's another artist I really like, and I'm not really embarrassed to like her even though she started out sort of shady like and represented Disney first - I think she's SO beautiful and has a beautiful voice and picks beautiful songs:

Almost anything off Macy Gray's first album - and that's even though she sounds like she's inhaled helium: I love her words, melodies and even the thought behind the title of this album: On How Life Is;

I really love this song, that I was introduced to by my daughter- the group is called paramore - they don't even spell it right - but I love this girl's voice and the fact that I listen to it over and over again with my daughter who is just like the girl in this song - probably influences me to love it- I listened to it over and over again for weeks and then I had to go the US for a month and when I came back my daughter was humming it and I told her 'I MISSED that song - and I think I really missed her - anyway the song is:\

That's so funny because I always remind my son that he made me buy that album for him whenever he makes fun of my daughter for any of the music she likes. And in fact - that cute little Hanson guy's voice reminds me of a woman's voice I really love - I'll think of it in a minute and post the song.
