so this morning bought a new laptop, it's a Dell Inspiron 1545 loaded with Win 7, My old laptop Compaq had Vista. anyhoo, I now have a new laptop with Win 7, however all the destructuions, both on the puter and the printed material are for Vista. should be an interesting learning experience.

I have win 7. dys. I moved from XP and skipped right over vista. ein7 seems pretty intuitive.
I did have a problem with some USB ports that would not recognise/connect anything i plugged in camera, phone etc. I think this was as a result of NOT using the safely remove hardware application.
I solved that problem by turning off at powerpoint for 10 mins.

I'm waiting for v. 9 to come out so i can say I have 7 of 9
