Healthcare for people who move to another state

My husband and I are retired teachers from AZ, who moved to MT to be closer to family. Our only affordable health insurance option, is with our former employers, but then we are out of that PPO region, and must may higher decuctibles with only 50% coverage on most services. Will anything in the healthcare reform bills now being considered change our situation. We are in our late 50's.
