@edgarblythe,
wwooww!!!. Theres a million faces in them clouds. It brings back memories of flying in a small engine military recon plane in a tropical land. We had no radar and had to make our way back home in some promised afternoon squalls and all we could do was fly between the alto cumulus (or else have yer wings torn off)

@Region Philbis,
The Oberalp Pass (el. 2044 m.) is a high mountain pass in the Swiss Alps, and the Rhine springs from a source nearby.

That's marked by a working lighthouse

The Kenosha, Wisconsin lighthouse built in 1906 has been declared excessive by the Coast Guard and has been sold to private owners. It is now used as an art gallery.

@Walter Hinteler,
green lighthouses will get our attention on the bay. Was that a Christmas light or a day to day thing?

@farmerman,
Thi is our lighthouse that we key on when returning to Lewes Delaware. Its now being totally redone by the Friends of the "Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse". Its a shoaly area where the big ships used to come into what we know as Roosevelt Inlet. Today only the Ferry Boats from Cape May and the U of Delaware Research vessels use the harbor. However the channel is quite busy as Tankers and Freighters ply their way N to the Ports of Wilmington and Philadelphia (about 92 mi N)

I suppose, they do it every day (night) - it was a screenshot done just minutes before I posted it here.

The nightly light show illuminates the entire tower ... on most days, as far as I could find out on Dutch websites.
