It's not that narrow, and that's actually the easy part. The first few hundred feet is just a mess of uneven rocks and concrete patches that have weathered away at different rates.... and strangely, the railings only exist for the first 50 ft or so.

Yep. Pay a few bucks and they give you a tour to the top! It's in Jupiter, Fl on the Northern edge of Palm Beach County.
