I was fired from my job after someone told my manager
that I couldn't make it to work. I had got arrested.
They founded out and pulled up my internet usage.
They had a list of 50 pages of sites that I supposingly
visted. Most of the sites I've never seen. One site had
287,000 hits from me. That's in a 4mth period. Never heard
of this site. I was one of the highest producers at my job.
Even got performace bonuses. I was denied unemployment.
I appeal the deciesion. I had a telephone hearing, which I lost.
I have filed for another appeal. What are my chances of winning.

@jeepbeats,
If you lost, and lost again on appeal, I would say your chances are between slim chance and fat chance. Someone would have to decide that someone or several people in the system had made mistakes. Possibly, these people eat lunch together.

In New Mexico, you would have probably won the first time. If you are fired here for anything other than safety violations or insubordination, you are pretty much home free.

@roger,
I should qualify that. If you don't come in to work, you are often considered to have quit.

If you can show that other people had access to your computer, then you might have a chance. It would be hard to prove that you were the only one able to be on the computer.

However, if a password is needed, and you are the only one with the password, then their allegations have more power.

You wrote that you had gotten arrested. Perhaps that has something to do
with it?
