It is a japanese emoticon or whatnot. Did a quick google search, but found nothing valuable. Anyone know off top of your head perchance?

@George,
. . . and never say "off the top of your head" to a bald guy.

@dagmaraka,
m(_ _)m ゴメンナサイ

It's a smiley for "I'm sorry"...

In the thread title, the way the "J" in the word japanese is below/betweenish the two "_ _", it looks like a bald guy looking down.

@dagmaraka,
It could be an emoticon for the famous World War II work of graffitti ...
Kilroy was here. http://www.ohiohistory.org/etcetera/exhibits/kilroy/

The M's are the hands and fingers. The two paranthesises are the sides of the head. And the two dashes are the eyes looking down over the wall.

@msolga,
hey, missy.

things are great, just very busy. i teach four courses= all are new to me, so i have to do a lot of homework myself. plus i signed up for a drawing class on friday nights. during the first two or three weeks of work i had spent every saturday motionless on the sofa.... sunday i work again to prepare. but this will get better with time. i do enjoy it a lot.

having a home is neat, too. i used to call it my "coffin" before i moved in - it sounded like something final and terrifying, but not so much anymore. it's rather pleasant to have a permanent place where one can set bones and stuff. so, good all around.

howz you?

@msolga,
hmm, i think i'll need to take this up on in the singles' club thread. ultimately, no man is able to hold my interest for longer than a week or two these days (months, years). something's wrong with me. they can't all be as mediocre as i think. bah.
