Can a person be released from reporting to parole early. Of 4 year sentence in prison for DWI , I served 20 months and was released on parole. Now I want to know once I complete 1 year with no problems, will they or can they release me early?

I highly doubt it - you pay money to the PO every month or so, right? They need to keep getting your money.
At least, a friend who was a PO in Texas told me that. You should consult a lawyer of some type.
