What do you think are the best programs in Fantastico? For instance, there are a lot of different blog programs in it. Which is the one you would suggest? It would be good for webmasters to know which ones to install to get the most out of their sites.

I've had several cpanel servers with fantastico, but I've never used it myself. I prefer to install things myself instead of the automated tools.
As to the blog question, I recommend wordpress software.

Wordpress for blogs, Joomla for CMS. It all depends on what you want to do and how updated Fantastico really is.
