spendius: quite easy ... one way is to go to google.com and type in your search criteria. Then click on "images" at the top to search for an image that meets whatever criteria you type. Then, copy the url to the image, and place it between the [img] and the [/img] "tags," and the image will be there. (Don't use the quick reply function. Do use the IMG button above your message.) Give it a go.
Edit: One other hint ... you have to actually click on the page to isolate the image. In other words, just don't pull it from the google.com thumbnail. You can get the url if using Internet Explorer by right-clicking on the image, then getting the url from "properties."
