It was a little obscure, that is the cast of HOUSE MD (a show on Fox), I was relating it to your pic of a house and a person.
Well, I met Maclean Stevenson once and he was a BIG ASS, so I guess that pic is fitting.

I'd never thought about it before but it was done way before there was Photoshop....
The movie starred Elliot Gould and Donald Sutherland and was quite a bit darker than the tv series - but most of the major characters are the same, but played by different actors.
Before Photoshop there were still artists. How soon people forget.
